  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (if applicable).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Urban areas: 2–4 business days

  • Rural areas: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays beyond our control.

We work with trusted local couriers (e.g. NZ Post, Aramex, CourierPost) to deliver your order efficiently.

We currently deliver within New Zealand only. If you are outside NZ and wish to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.

🔄 Returns & Refund Policy
  • As our products are digital, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. However, we understand that things don't always go as expected.

  • You may be eligible for a refund or credit if:

  • The product is not delivered within a reasonable time.

  • There is a technical issue preventing access to your purchase.

  • The file or link provided is corrupted or does not match the product description.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refund claims that do not meet these conditions.
